General Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions come into force upon successful registration of an account, which includes checking the box accepting these Terms and Conditions, and players are bound to these terms throughout all website usage.
If a player does not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the player must not create an account or continue to use the website.
Players must be of legal gambling age (18+) in their jurisdiction to open an account and play at Winaday. Players confirm that they have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement and are not restricted in any way or form. Furthermore, players confirm that they are not classified as compulsive or problem gamblers. Winaday is not accountable if problem gambling arises while playing games on the website, but will endeavor to provide relevant assistance. Winaday reserves the right to implement cool-off periods if such actions will be beneficial and/or close a player’s account at the sole discretion of Winaday.
Players may have only one account per household at Winaday and agree not to open any more accounts on the website. Winaday reserves the right to suspend or close any additional accounts and freeze any funds credited to a player’s account; by such activity, the player forfeits any funds in their account. This will include any winnings and rewards or bonuses that were gained using such accounts.
Winaday reserves the right to exclude anybody from owning an account at Winaday, receiving newsletters, or participating in promotions, and can void or reject any transaction at their discretion.
Players acknowledge that participating with the website and playing games at Winaday are for their personal entertainment and recreational purposes only. Players understand that by using these services, they personally understand the risk and accept any monetary losses related to deposits made in their accounts. Players, therefore, consent that Winaday cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from real money play. All wagers and transactions are final and non-refundable.
Players will not use Winaday for any unlawful or fraudulent activity nor for transactions prohibited under the laws of any jurisdiction applying to the player. This includes, but is not limited to, money laundering and using Winaday as a cryptocurrency mixer. If Winaday suspects that a player is engaging in fraudulent activity or is funding their account through unlawful means, their account may be blocked immediately and any funds tied to their account withheld.
Players declare that all information provided to Winaday is true, complete, and correct and that they shall immediately notify Winaday of any change to such information.
It is the players' sole responsibility to safeguard their login credentials (email & password, wallet access) at all times; Winaday is neither liable nor responsible for any misuse or unauthorized use of a player's account.
If a player changes their password, they will be unable to withdraw funds from their account for 72 hours due to security reasons.
Players are to correspond with Winaday Support staff regarding any issues with their accounts, transactions, or winnings. Winaday will make the final decision regarding any disputes that arise, and winnings will be paid out at the casino’s discretion. In case of any discrepancy between the game results on a player’s device and the results on the Winaday servers, the results on the Winaday servers will be considered final and binding.
Players agree to receive administrative and promotional emails from Winaday or other Slotland Entertainment projects. To stop receiving promotional emails, players may unsubscribe from their account profile or by contacting Customer Support.
Winaday is entitled to collect, store, and process only the personal data provided by players. This data will only be used for the following purposes: (i) to prove that a player has created an account; (ii) to send promotions or information about Winaday, other Slotland Entertainment projects, or a player's account; (iii) to confirm agreements between the player and Slotland Entertainment; (iv) to fulfill any legal obligations of these terms; and (v) to protect Winaday in any legal or other proceedings.
Winaday utilizes cookies to track player visits to personalize their gaming experiences. This information is collected to improve the site’s overall services. Players can turn off cookies at any time by following browser-specific instructions; however, doing so may result in problematic behavior of the site.
Winaday will never sell players' data to third parties, and their data will not be provided to third parties unless required by law. Further information about data use can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Duplication, redistribution, or publication of any content whatsoever or any part of Winaday is strictly prohibited unless used to promote Winaday directly.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Any wagers made during such a malfunction shall be void. Funds (wins or any other) obtained from a malfunctioning game shall be considered void; this includes any subsequent rounds with said funds, regardless of the games played. In the event of a system malfunction, all wagers are void.
Players may play any game only if they have sufficient funds in their accounts. Deposits can only be transferred from crypto wallets/exchanges under a player’s control and only with their own funds.
Throughout the lifetime of a player’s account, Winaday reserves the right to use verification procedures to verify the player’s identity, and access to a player’s account may be suspended or closed if Winaday determines that a player has supplied false or misleading information.
Players acknowledge and accept that the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate and dramatically change depending on the market value and that the exchange rates used by Winaday update every 15 minutes.
The minimum deposit is equivalent to $25 USD in your chosen cryptocurrency; if a player’s deposit is lower, the deposit will be credited to their account but will not be eligible to receive a bonus. The maximum deposit is equivalent to $30,000 USD in your chosen cryptocurrency; if a player’s deposit exceeds this amount, their account may be temporarily suspended for their safety. In this event, please contact Customer Support. The minimum withdrawal amount is $25 USD and is paid out the following business day.
All deposits must be wagered at least once unless connected to a match bonus. If a player does not meet this condition and requests a withdrawal, Winaday will consider this as an attempt at money laundering and/or bonus abuse. A withdrawal made from such a deposit will be subjected to a 30% processing fee, and the player's account may be suspended.
Deposits that have not been fully confirmed in the blockchain will be marked as “Confirming” in the Cashier section. The amount deposited will, however, be credited to a player's account prior to full confirmation. When the deposit is complete, the status will read “Confirmed” in the Cashier.
All funds credited prior to a 100% deposit confirmation are provided courtesy of Winaday, and all wins resulting from such deposits will belong to the casino until the deposit status reads “Confirmed” in the Cashier. In the event of a failed deposit, subsequent withdrawals will be voided, and the player’s account will be subject to suspension or cancellation. Withdrawals can only be requested when all deposits are in the “Confirmed” state.
All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. At its sole discretion, Winaday reserves the right to void any winnings for failed audits and to confiscate winnings and deposits if it appears that a player is participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug/failure, or participating in any form of activity that Winaday deems abusive.
The cut-off time for withdrawals is 23:59 GMT (18:59 EST / 19:59 EDT) the day before the payments are processed. After this cut-off time, any withdrawal funds will be transferred to the prepayment fund and can no longer be reversed.
For players' personal security, all wins over $10k USD will be paid in multiple transactions to different addresses. Players will be contacted by the Billing Department and asked to provide several addresses to allow this.
Players have the right to request the closure of their account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Accounts may be closed permanently, indefinitely, or for a fixed period of time.
Winaday reserves the right to collect any fees, charges, or costs incurred before closing a player account, and no refunds or other forms of reimbursement will be granted.
A player’s account will be considered as inactive if it has not been accessed for more than 12 months, and Winaday reserves the right to deduct monthly administrative costs from any positive cash balance equal to 5%.
A player’s account will be considered dormant if it has not been accessed for 24 months. A dormant account may be permanently closed, and any remaining cash balance will be forfeited.
Winaday, at its own discretion, reserves the right to close a player’s account if they are found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of the terms. A breach includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts, providing false personal or payment information, disputing deposits, using funds that were obtained fraudulently, abusing promotions, manipulating or interfering with the website or games, using bots or software, using abusive or threatening language, or for a player’s own protection.
Any account closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions may have any remaining cash balance removed, bonuses or winnings forfeited, and any withdrawals denied. No form of reimbursement will be granted.
Players understand and accept that Winaday has the right to cancel and/or change any games, events, or promotions offered on the website and to refuse and/or limit bets without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Winaday accepts no liability for omissions, errors, software bugs, loss or corruption of data, service interruptions or terminations, or any person’s misuse of the website or its content. Furthermore, Winaday is not liable for server disruptions, downtime, lagging, or other technical events that may affect gameplay.
Winaday, its operator Slotland Entertainment, and its Gaming Providers, Partners, and their Associates, Affiliates, and Subsidiary Corporations shall accept no liability for any damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims, and other liabilities, howsoever caused, that may arise when players use the website and play the games.
Winaday is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without previous notice. It is the player’s responsibility to check for any amendments and updates; continued use of the website and games after any amendments are made will be deemed as the player’s acceptance and consent to all updates.
